Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I, acting freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, hereby consent to the processing by ООО "Караван" (the “Operator”) of my personal data submitted through the contact form on https://karavan-ved.ru (the “Website”) and disclosed in any subsequent correspondence with the Operator.

The processing is carried out by the Operator:

This consent covers the following categories of personal data:

• full name (first name, family name, patronymic where applicable);
• company name and position;
• telephone number, email address and messenger handle;
• information provided in the message field, including the nature of the matter, country and currency of settlement, and any other context relevant to the enquiry;
• de-identified technical data captured during use of the Website.

Personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• reviewing my enquiry and preparing a substantive response;
• clarifying the details of my request and conducting business correspondence;
• preparing a proposal and discussing the terms of possible cooperation;
• entering into and performing a service agreement, should one be concluded;
• complying with statutory obligations imposed on the Operator by Russian law.

This consent extends to the following operations with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, erasure and destruction.

Processing may be carried out by automated and non-automated means. Personal data is not disclosed to third parties without separate consent, save for cases provided for by law.

The consent is granted as of the moment it is provided and remains in force until it is withdrawn, unless otherwise required by applicable law or by the nature of my relationship with the Operator.

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a free-form written notice to the Operator at info@karavan-ved.ru. Upon receipt of such notice the Operator will cease processing the relevant data and erase it within the statutory period, except where further processing is required to comply with the law.

By providing this consent I confirm that:

• I have read the Operator’s Privacy Notice;
• I understand the scope and nature of the data being submitted and I provide it voluntarily;
• I am aware of my rights under Federal Law No. 152-FZ, including the right of access, the right to request correction, blocking or erasure of personal data, and the right to withdraw this consent.
