These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://karavan-ved.ru (the “Website”), owned and operated by ООО "Караван" (the “Company”).

The Terms constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. By using the Website you (the “User”) accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with the Terms in whole or in part, you should discontinue your use of the Website.

The Terms govern your access to the Website, the materials and tools made available on it, and your communications with the Company through the contact forms and channels published on the Website.

The Website is provided on an “as is” basis. Access to the Website is free of charge; specific services rendered by the Company are governed by separate engagement agreements.

All content published on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, brand identity, source code and the structure and arrangement of pages — constitutes intellectual property protected under Russian copyright and related rights legislation.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or otherwise make available such content without the prior written consent of the Company, except where expressly permitted by law.

Quoting Website materials within the scope justified by the purpose of the citation is permitted provided that the source is clearly identified and an active hyperlink to the original page on the Website is included.

The Company may modify the design, functionality and content of the Website without prior notice.

These Terms and any matters arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes which cannot be resolved through negotiation are submitted to the competent court at the location of the Company, unless mandatory rules of law require a different forum.
