We do not offer general-purpose services. We work in a narrow segment — complex international settlements, agency models, non-standard transactions. If a task is standard and a typical scheme fits, we will say so honestly: our format would be over-engineered.
It is an agency model for settlements. We take responsibility for paying a foreign counterparty through an agreed route when a direct payment is not possible or not commercially sensible. Every operation is documented through a contract and supporting paperwork.
Yes. Many EAEU import deals are run by sole proprietors. We do not refuse engagements based on company size — we look at the substance of the task.
Fees depend on the type of transaction, its complexity and the format of our involvement. The initial assessment is at no cost. After review we provide a transparent fee proposal and fix it in the engagement contract.
An initial response on the situation comes within 1–2 business days. Engagement on an active deal usually starts within a week of agreeing terms.
Most jurisdictions, with the route and model designed deal-by-deal. If a particular destination is not workable for us, we will say so up front.
We do not give guarantees that depend on third parties — banks, regulators or customs. We do take ownership of the quality of the deal model and the engagement. If we make a mistake, we fix it.
Yes. Confidentiality is the default: client names and transaction details are not used in public materials without written consent. All published case studies are anonymised.
